Flipping America Today (FAT) is a membership platform built for aspiring and active real estate investors who want to flip houses with confidence and discipline. It delivers a structured 5-module curriculum — Source, Analyze, Finance, Rehab, and Disposition — that walks members through the entire lifecycle of a profitable flip, from finding off-market deals to closing the sale.

Beyond the lessons, FAT offers a community forum organized around the flip lifecycle, a Deal Room where members submit real deals for community and expert review, and a sophisticated Deal Analyzer that applies the 75% rule to keep offers disciplined. The platform is built by Flipping America Today, the company founded by Paul LeJoy, a San Francisco Bay Area investor with over 15 years of experience and more than 200 flips completed alongside his team.
